Hoag steps down as Humboldt boys basketball coach


Jason Hoag, who completed his fourth season as head boys' basketball coach at Humboldt High School, has announced he is stepping down from his position. Independent photo by Phil Monson.

After four seasons at the helm and seven seasons in the program, Humboldt head boys’ basketball coach Jason Hoag has decided to step down.
Hoag made the announcement to his team last week and informed the Independent during an interview on Monday, Feb. 25.
