City office and school director elections were held around the state on Tuesday. Below are the unofficial results. The number in parenthesis indicates the number of elected people for that position. Note not all write-in votes are tabulated. The results may not include all absentee ballots. A change in Iowa law this past year requires absentee ballots to arrive at the county auditor's office by 8 p.m. on election night. The Board of Supervisors in the respective counties will certify the election totals next week.
