Area players named to INA all-state football teams

Ross, Heinz named INA 3A all-state Humboldt High football players Brady Ross and Jaxon Heinz have been named to the Iowa Newspaper Association post-season all-state team in Class 3A. Ross is a first-team all-state pick at linebacker while Heinz is a second-team selection at defensive back. Ross is a six-foot, 230-pound senior and returning all-state performer. Heinz, a 5-foot-11, 165-pound senior.West Bend-Mallard/Gilmore City-Bradgate's Dahlhauser, Fehr, Wirtz named all-state football WBM/GCB had three players receive 8-player all-state football honors by the Iowa Newspaper Association. Senior punter Nolan Robert Dahlhauser was a first-team pick while junior running back Travis Fehr was chosen second-team. Carson Wirtz, a 239-pound senior, was named to the third-team squad.
