Edge competes on world stage

Hard work and dedication. It’s the only way Cole Edge knows how to approach anything he does in life. And it’s the reason why he is ranked 12th in the world in steer wrestling and why he will be one of the elite competitors in the Wrangler National Finals Rodeo in Las Vegas next week. The event, to be held Dec. 4-10 at the Thomas and Mack Center, will be televised nationally by CBS. Edge, a 2003 Humboldt High School graduate who now lives in Durant, OK, says it’s a culmination of a dream come true through hard work. “I’ve been pretty fortunate.
