Early Monday fire destroys apartment under construction in Renwick

The Renwick Fire Department was called to a fire at 213 Kelling St., in the early morning hours of Monday, March 16. An apartment building that was just beginning to be constructed was burned to the ground. Eight firefighters were on the scene for about an hour and 20 minutes after being alerted of the blaze shortly after midnight on Monday morning.
