West Fork hosts costume fun run, waffle breakfast

West Fork Services of Humboldt needs help and support from the community. Other than a pancake breakfast a few years ago, West Fork has not done fundraisers. This Saturday, Sept. 19, the community can show their support by attending the breakfast featuring Dad’s Belgian Waffles. The breakfast will be from 9 a.m. to noon at West Fork Services, located at the southeast corner of Taft Street and 1st Avenue North in Humboldt. People can also take part in the 5K or 7K fun runs. Registration starts at 8 a.m. at West Fork Services for the Costume Fun Runs. Cost for the race is $25 and includes a race shirt and breakfast. Cost is $5 if you choose the breakfast only.
