Lynx topple Humboldt boys, 58-30

Webster City clinched a share of the North Central Conference title by handing the Humboldt boys basketball team a 58-30 setback Friday night (Feb. 12) in the Humboldt gym. The Wildcats slipped to 7-13 on the season, 5-9 in conference play. Jake Stockdale's nine points paced the Wildcats. Devon Clark and Mason Wickett each had six. Alec Fuhs scored 22 points to lead Webster City, which plays Algona on Feb. 16 for the conference title.Humboldt will wrap up its regular season on Feb. 18 when they visit Storm Lake in a JV-varsity doubleheader.
