The Humboldt High baseball team rallied from a 7-2 deficit to upend Gilbert, 9-7 Wednesday night (July 20) in a Class 3A Substate Tournament game in Boone to advance into the state tournament. The Wildcats, 25-7 on the season, will play Pella (30-8) in a first round game at Principal Park in Des Moines at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday, July 26.
