Fareway Stores, Inc. hosted a ribbon cutting ceremony and grand opening on Wednesday for a new location at 1700 10th Avenue N., in Humboldt, which replaces the former location at 710 First Ave. N.
The 19,000 square foot store will provide for the same unmatched, full-service meat counter; farm-fresh produce; and the highest level of customer service, all at low, competitive prices.
“We appreciate the efforts of all who worked so hard to make this new store a reality,” said Fareway CEO Reynolds W. Cramer. “The new location has been highly anticipated by Fareway staff, community stakeholders and area residents, and we’re excited to continue to serve the citizens of Humboldt County.”
