When Denise Darling moved back to Humboldt in early 2017, little did she know she was about to embark on an extensive home remodeling project.
Today, with the project one year after completion, she is enjoying the fun task of decorating the home she shares with Jon Woodin at 1010 6th Avenue Southwest in Humboldt.
The home, built in the late 1960’s and previously owned by Ralph and La Von Runkle, who are both deceased, now features 2,502 square feet of living space with four bedrooms, two bathrooms and a modern, open interior design. The home was very well maintained, but needed a lot of updating, Denise said.
