Wildcat boys win fourth straight, 73-38

Jamison Heinz scored 25 points and Jacob Thurm added 12 to lead the Humboldt boys' basketball team to their fourth straight victory Friday night (Dec. 14) in Humboldt, rolling past Clarion-Goldfield-Dows, 73-38 in a North Central Conference game. The victory improved Humboldt to 5-1 overall, 3-0 in the NCC. Calvin Carlson and Jack Arndt each had nine points to aid the Humboldt scoring.
Humboldt will return to action at Fort Dodge St. Edmond on Tuesday, Dec. 18, in another NCC contest. Humboldt's final game before the Christmas break is at home on Dec. 20 against Garner-Hayfield/Ventura.
