Wildcats sweep Lions in NCC volleyball opener

The No. 13 ranked Humboldt volleyball team opened North Central Conference play on Thursday night (Sept. 5) by sweeping the Clear Lake Lions in 3 sets in Clear Lake.

Humboldt prevailed by scores of 25-11, 25-6 and 25-20. Humboldt is now 5-2 overall, 1-0 in the NCC.

The Wildcats return home on Monday, Sept. 9, to host Fort Dodge and Gilbert. Humboldt travels to Storm Lake on Sept. 10 to face Storm Lake and Manson-NW. Humboldt will host Algona on Sept. 12 in another conference match.
