Humboldt upends St. Edmond, 62-48

The Humboldt boys' basketball team earned their fifth victory of the season on Friday night (Jan. 3) by upending Fort Dodge St. Edmond, 62-48 in a North Central Conference game.

Sam Fischer scored 17 points and Jamison Heinz added 15 to lead Humboldt.

Humboldt is 5-2 overall, 2-2 in the NCC.

The Wildcats will travel to Garner on Jan. 7 for a non-conference game with the Cardinals. Humboldt hosts Clear Lake in NCC action on Jan. 10.
