Humboldt girls smack Webster City in finale, 47-31

The Humboldt High girls' basketball team closed out their regular season Tuesday night (Feb. 11) by rolling past the Webster City Lynx, 47-31 in a North Central Conference game inside the Humboldt gym. The Wildcats are 11-10 overall, 6-8 in conference play. Kendal Clark scored 20 points and Mady Lange and Bae Arnold each had 10 to lead Humboldt.

Humboldt will begin Class 3A regional tournament play on Saturday, Feb. 15, in a 5 p.m. game with Forest City at Forest City. The winner will play Clear Lake or Garner-Hayfield/Ventura on Feb. 19 in Clear Lake.
