Humboldt wrestlers qualify 3 to state!

The Humboldt wrestling team qualified 3 individuals for the traditional state tournament after they placed runner-up at their weights in a Class 2A district meet in Algona on Saturday, Feb. 15.

Senior 106-pounder Cole Nelson, junior 220-pounder Colten Goodell and freshmen 113-pounder Jase Goodell finishes second to advance to state. Coming up short in their bids was Cresten Craven at 120 (3rd), Colby Clarken at 126 (4th), Levi Naeve at 160 (3rd) and Logan Nilles at 182 (3rd).
