Defending NCC co-champs return 7 letterwinners
Humboldt volleyball coach Justin McDaniel and his squad are focused on the task at hand, one day at a time, in order to get to where they want to be in two months.
McDaniel’s Wildcats return seven letterwinners and a deep roster off of last year’s team that went 30-6 overall, 6-1 and second in the North Central Conference.
The coronavirus pandemic has helped put it all into perspective.
“We are very thankful to have a volleyball season right now. We take it one day at a time. We don’t want to get that email or phone call telling us we are shut down. We are following all the protocols and we talk about social distancing, washing our hands and sanitizing everything and doing it every break. We are doing our part to keep this program going this year,” McDaniel said.
