PPI announces office expansion

PPI is building a 3,600 square foot office addition to its manufacturing facility south of Humboldt. The project is slated for completion in December.

Precision Pulley and Idler (PPI) is expanding its facilities in Humboldt with a 3,600 square foot addition to the west side of the plant located south of Humboldt on Highway 169.
The office part of the building is being expanded to bring all employees under one roof, according to President and CEO Roger Brown.
Currently, PPI is leasing office space employees in Dakota City. With the remodeling and addition, nine employees currently in leased space will be brought to the main plant. Construction is expected to be completed in December.
Brown said the existing training room and offices will be remodeled as part of the project. Additional office space is being created with the addition, as well as additional restrooms.
The former Chantland south plant became part of PPI on Aug. 31, 2019. Read more about the new addition in this week's Humboldt Independent.
