Wildcat volleyball team stops Algona in 3 sets

The Humboldt volleyball team improved to 26-0 overall, 6-0 in conference play after they swept Algona in 3 sets Thursday night, winning 25-11, 25-12 and 25-14.

Wildcats stop St. Edmond
The Humboldt High volleyball team kept their unbeaten record intact Tuesday night (Oct. 6) by sweeping Fort Dodge St. Edmond in three sets in a North Central Conference match in Humboldt. The Wildcats won by scores of 25-14, 25-16 and 25-12.

Humboldt, ranked No. 11 in Class 3A, is 25-0 overall, 5-0 and tied for first in the NCC with Clarion-Goldfield-Dows.

Humboldt will compete in the Mason City tournament on Saturday, Oct. 10.

Humboldt wraps up its regular season at Algona Garrigan on Oct. 13 and at Clarion on Oct. 15.
