Bob and Lonnie Larson with SpringVale Farm, 2603 Lone Tree Road, south of Humboldt, are pleased to announce the 15th annual Pumpkins and Ponies event this Saturday and Sunday, Oct. 10 and 11. Saturday hours will be 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. and Sunday will be 11 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
The Larsons report a fine crop of pumpkins this year and people can go out to the pumpkin patch and have their pick. There will be wagon rides to and from the patch.
The ponies portion will be a bit different. Because of the pandemic, no pony rides will be offered this year, but there will be many ponies for viewing and petting. In fact, ponies will be just one of the many farm animals featured in the petting zoo.
There will be much fun and entertainment during the two-day event.
