Public Health announces 230 COVID-19 vaccines for Wednesday, March 3 clinic

Humboldt County Public Health has received confirmation from the Iowa Department of Public Health that it will be receiving 230 doses of COVID-19 vaccine by early this week.
With that confirmation, a vaccine clinic is being scheduled for Wednesday, March 3, at the Humboldt County Fairgrounds for Humboldt County residents 65 and above.
Appointments will be open for scheduling on Tuesday, March 2, at 1 p.m. There are two options for scheduling. People ages 65 and older can either schedule on-line at humboldthospital.org or call the scheduling phone line at (515) 332-7668. Both options will open at 1 p.m. on Tuesday for the COVID-19 vaccination clinic Wednesday, March 3 from 7:30-11 a.m. at the Humboldt County Fairgrounds Events Center.
Appointments are required and will be made on first come first served basis through the online and phone registration formats.
