After a year hiatus, the 7 O’clock Kiwanis Home Show in Humboldt is once again a go this Saturday, April 10, at the Humboldt County Events Center.
“We have 18 vendors this year and seven are in double booths. We have a little bit of everything," said 7 O'clock Kiwanis member and Home Show organizer Bruce Johnson.
It all kicks off with an omelet brunch put on by the 7 O’clock Kiwanis from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m. A choose your own omelet meal with a sweet roll and beverage is available for $6. The Home Show will be going on from 8:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. Johnson believes people are ready to get out and about and see what is available for spring. There will be many door prizes including a grill donated by Midland Power. Moffitt Animal Shelter will be offering Dremel dog nail trimming for $15 with the proceeds going to the shelter, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Read the full story in this week's Humboldt Independent and see vendor ads in the Humboldt Reminder.
