Not wanting to go through the building process, Dayton and Chassidy Ruby were very happy to find an already finished new home available. As a bonus, the new home was in a neighborhood with lots of kids, which was appealing to Rubys, who have three children.
They moved into their new home in the Eagle Ridge housing development last October. It’s a four-bedroom, three bath 2,000 square foot home.
“We had our third child and wanted a little more space. Our house only had three bedrooms. We liked the Eagle Ridge area because we knew there were a ton of kids. We didn’t want to go through the building process so we were very happy when this home became available,” Dayton said.
Read about things the Rubys did to the home and things they like about it in this week's Humboldt Independent Home Edition. Three sections and 28 pages of news your can use with important advertisements and stories on your friends and neighbors.
