Jacobson, Chambers cap their careers in state cross country meet

Humboldt High senior distance running standouts Trevor Jacobson and Jackson Chambers capped their careers by competing in the Class 3A state cross country championships at Lakeside Golf Course north of Fort Dodge on Friday, Oct. 29.
Jacobson finished 43rd in 17:28 and Chambers ran 90th in 17:59. The were Humboldt's entries in the annual state meet.
Aiden Ramsey of Dallas Center-Grimes was the 3A individual winner in 15:76.
Humboldt's team banquet will be held on Tuesday, Nov. 9, 6:30 p.m. at the high school.
