I’m not Irish. But Sunday after church I came home and baked my corned beef, potatoes and carrots. I forgot about the cabbage until everything was done. By the time it was done I was hungry so didn’t want to wait for the cabbage to cook so guess I’ll add the cabbage to a leftover another day.
