A lengthy investigation by the Humboldt County Sheriff’s Office (HCSO), with assistance from numerous other law enforcement agencies, has led to the arrest of four men on charges relating to the theft of copper from field irrigation pivots in the region, as well as other thefts from vacant farmsteads.
Arrested were Tyler Ross Tinken, 30, of Clarion; Ricky Lee Habben, 40, of Palmer; Nelson Lee Troyer, 36, of Bode; and Daniel L. Reames, 48, of Hardy.
