Bomgaars has announced plans to build a new store in the Humboldt Business Park along Highway 169 in north Humboldt.
Construction should begin soon on the 27,000 square foot store with completion scheduled for the spring of 2014. Sande Construction of Humboldt was selected as the general contractor on the project.
Dave Meyer, senior vice-president and Chief Operating Officer of Bomgaars, said they are excited to have a larger store and additional outdoor space.
We’re looking forward to being able to offer our customers more products in the larger store and we’re happy to be part of the Humboldt Business Park,” Meyer said.
“We are thrilled Bomgaars chose to build a new store in our community and we’re very happy they decided to build in the Humboldt Business Park. It sets the tone for the park. We’ve focused on commercial business for the park and this is a perfect fit,” Alissa Reinholdt, Humboldt County Economic Development Director, said.
