Humboldt pulled away in the second half en route to a 73-51 non-conference victory over Manson-Northwest Webster Saturday night (Dec. 14) in the Humboldt gym. The Wildcats, now 4-1 overall, 3-1 in the NCC, had 11 players score in the game, led by Brady Ross with 14 points and Thomas Orness with 13. The Wildcats hit nine 3-point baskets in the game. They opened with a 14-4 first quarter lead and never looked back. Kenny Kuyper added eight points and Brady Ross had seven.Humboldt will visit Algona on Dec. 17.
