Traditional Memorial Day services and remembrances will take place next Monday, May 25, to honor the deceased, especially those who died in service to our country. Here is information on some of the area services: Humboldt/Dakota City There will be flag raising ceremonies at the local cemeteries at sunrise. The Humboldt County Courthouse will also have its avenue of flags. A short parade will be held going west down Sumner Avenue.
