The renovations of the interior portion of the Humboldt Community Center have been completed.
The city accepted a bid by Harvey Remodeling Company to complete the interior renovations earlier this year.
Some of the updates include new drywall, electrical updates, more closet space, new ceiling lights and new ceiling fans. The facility has a capacity of 115 people and sits at roughly 1875 square feet.
Exterior work is scheduled to begin June 3 and will be complete by August 31. Despite the exterior work, the building is available to rent at a price of $125 per day. Call 515-604-6949 or email paxtonp@cityofhumboldt.org for information.
