Wildcat boys top St. Edmond, girls fall

Humboldt's varsity boys' basketball team breezed to an 88-55 victory over Fort Dodge St. Edmond Tuesday night (Jan. 20) in the Humboldt gym. Humboldt's girls fell to the visiting Gaels by a 70-52 final count. The Wildcat girls are now 7-6 overall on the season, 5-3 in the North Central Conference. Humboldt's boys improved to 8-4 overall, 5-2 in the NCC. The Wildcats will travel to Hampton on Friday, Jan. 23, to face the Bulldogs in another league contest.
