Humboldt girls fall to Spencer in 4A regional, 67-58

The Spencer Tigers rallied from a halftime deficit and went on to upend Humboldt, 67-58 in a Girls' Class 4A Regional Tournament game in the Humboldt gym Saturday night (Feb. 21). Avery Terwilliger scored 23 points and Kessa Kuyper made 17 to lead Humboldt, which finishes the season with an overall record of 12-9. Kelli Kramer and Kelsey Rolfes each scored 17 to lead Spencer, which advanced into a regional final in Cherokee on Feb. 24.See entire story, statistics and photos in the Humboldt Independent Newspaper.
