Humboldt girls 1st, boys 2nd in Iowa Falls-Alden Invitational

Humboldt's girls placed first and the boys were second in the team scoring of the Iowa Falls-Alden Invitational cross country meet held Monday, Aug. 24, at Mayne's Grove south of Hampton. Humboldt's girls, led by Maddie Kampen who was third, totaled 30 points to outdistance runner-up IFA (72). Humboldt's boys scored 45 points to finish behind Clear Lake (30).
