Wildcat volleyball team stays unbeaten in NCC

Humboldt kept its perfect record intact in the North Central Conference (6-0) by sweeping Clear Lake in three sets Thursday night (Oct. 8) at Clear Lake. Humboldt won by scores of 25-10, 25-18 and 25-12. Humboldt also swept Clarion-Goldfield-Dows in 3 sets on Oct. 6, 25-15, 25-11 and 25-18. Humboldt also went 3-1 in the Mason City tournament on Saturday, Oct. 10, and swept Bishop Garrigan of Algona at home on Oct. 13. The Wildcats are 25-3 overall and visit Grimes on Oct. 20 for a triangular with DCG and Boone.See full story in the Humboldt Independent Newspaper.
