Chantland Material Handling Solutions (MHS) in Dakota City celebrated its 80th anniversary last week with a steak sandwich meal and 80th anniversary cake.
It was fitting to celebrate the company’s long and outstanding business history.
As Al Chantland said after founding the business, “Build quality equipment and back it up.”
That’s what Chantland’s has been doing since 1943. The company says that hard work, creativity and innovation by generations of employees has led to 15 patented designs, 18 expansions and acquisitions and more than 44,900 machines delivered to all the continents of the world with the exception of Antarctica.
