Humboldt girls top Clear Lake as Schnetzer fires 35

Savannah Schnetzer blistered the Humboldt Country Club golf course with a 1-under par 35 to lead the Wildcat girls past Clear Lake, 190-193 Friday night (April 25).It was the first victory over the Lions in nine seasons as HHS also got a 47 from Taylor Gidel, a 54 from Brooke Anderson and a 54 from Halie George.Humboldt visits Emmetsburg on Monday, April 28 and will host Iowa Falls-Alden and Webster City on April 29.See full story and photos in the Humboldt Independent Newspaper.
