Humboldt girls sweep Bulldogs in 3 sets

Humboldt's varsity volleyball team pushed their season record to 15-4, 3-1 in conference play, after sweeping Hampton-Dumong in three sets on Sept. 30 in Hampton. Humboldt won by scores of 25-13, 25-10 and 25-16.Humboldt swept Webster City in 3 sets on Tuesday night (Sept. 23) in the Humboldt gym. The Wildcats downed the Lynx by scores of 25-18, 25-17 and 25-16 to improve to 2-1 in the North Central Conference.Humboldt went 3-1 in the Carroll tournament on Sept. 20. The Wildcats defeated Nodaway Valley 2-0, IKM Manning 2-1, Ar-We-Va 2-0 and lost 2-0 to Carroll.Humboldt swept Fort Dodge St. Edmond in three sets on Sept. 18 in the Humboldt gym.
