Gilbert rallies past Humboldt in 3A playoff opener, 44-30

The Gilbert Tigers overcame a 21-8 halftime deficit and rallied to defeat Humboldt, 44-30 in a Class 3A first round playoff game Wednesday night (Oct. 29) at Mason Maach Field in Humboldt. The loss ends the Wildcats' season as they bow out with an overall record of 8-2.
