Wildcat Wrestlers crown 3 champs, place 3rd at Atlantic
Humboldt crowned three individual champions and placed third in the Rollin Dyer Tournament at Atlantic on Saturday (Jan. 10). The Wildcats finished with 162 points to end up behind first-place Glenwood (222.5) and runner-up Atlantic (195). Bondurant-Farrar was fourth at 121.5. There were a total of nine schools in the tournament.Austen Gargano was first at 132 pounds for the Wildcats with Adam Mickelson winning at 182 and Cordes Olthoff taking the 285-pound class. Jaden Kampen was runner-up at 138, Trayton Harris third at 195 with Levi Sawyer (113), Jaxon Kampen (145) and Gus Arnold (170) placing fourth.See full story in the Humboldt Independent Newspaper.
