HHS girls now 8-2 overall, 4-1 in NCC

The Humboldt softball team moved to 8-2 overall, 4-1 in the NCC by clubbing Algona 10-2 on June 12 in Humboldt. Olivia Birdsell's 2-out double to centerfield in the bottom of the 7th inning scored Kelsey Peters, lifting the Humboldt softball team to a 2-1 victory over Webster City Wednesday night (June 10) in Humboldt.Humboldt collected 12 hits in a 5-1 victory at Emmetsburg on June 9.Halie George had 3 hits and Beth Duffield 2 in leading the Wildcats' 12-hit attack.
