Humboldt places 6 girls on all-conference softball team

Humboldt is represented by six athletes on the North Central All-Conference team released this week.Sophomore pitcher Avery Terwilliger and sophomore shortstop Beth Duffield were both unanimous first-team selections by the league coaches. Sophomore catcher Kelsey Peters, sophomore first baseman Halie George and senior centerfielder Maggy Duffield were named second-team. Sophomore third baseman Taylor Gidel was named to the third-team.Humboldt finished the season 20-11 overall, 10-4 and runner-up in the overall North Central Conference standings.
