Humboldt girls bow out in regional soccer, 6-0

Humboldt's varsity girls' soccer season came to a close tonight (June 3) in Gilbert when the Wildcats fell to the Gilbert Tigers, 6-0 in a Class 1A region semifinal round contest. Humboldt ends the year at 3-11 overall. Gilbert, 14-2, will play North Polk on Monday, June 6, to determine a berth in next week's state tournament in Des Moines.
