All-state golf honors for Carlsons, Boleyn

Humboldt High golfers Frances Carlson, Nora Carlson and Kelly Boleyn earned all-state honors last week after helping the school place second in the Class 3A State Golf Tournament in Ankeny.
All three earned second-team all-state honors by the Iowa High School Golf Coaches Association. Boleyn was also named to the academic all-state list.
