Fall sports practices begin

Fall sports practices are underway at Humboldt High School for the Wildcat football, cross country, volleyball and girls' swimming.
The cross country season begins on Aug. 27 at Mayne's Grove south of Hampton. The Wildcat football season opens at Algona on Aug. 28. Humboldt's volleyball team hosts their own tournament on Saturday, Aug. 29, to tip off their season.
