Wildcat girls 6th in Humboldt cross country meet

Kali Beaman placed 31st in 23:55 and Allison Hoag was 32nd in 23:56 to pace the Humboldt girls' cross country team to a sixth-place finish in the Humboldt Invitational on Monday, Sept. 21 at lower Sheldon Park in Humboldt.
Joslyn Orr ran 40th in 24:20 and Grace Smith was 52nd in 24:53 for the Wildcats, who totaled 204 team points. Gilbert was the team champion with 87.
The Wildcats also had Erin Wittrock place 62nd in 25:52 and Sophia Harris run 75th in 26:51.
The Wildcats will resume action in the Algona Invitational on Monday, Sept. 28.
