It has taken three years to get to a 10th anniversary. If that sounds a little confusing, some explanation is due.
Humboldt County’s Meals from the Heartland meal raising will be celebrating its 10th anniversary in the community on Friday and Saturday, March 18-19, at the Our Saviour’s Lutheran Church fellowship hall.
The last time meals were packaged was in the spring of 2019.
We are pleased to be able to go ahead with our 10th meal raising in Humboldt County,” Team 4 Hungry member Allen Goche said.
“We are extremely blessed to have the cooperation of the local faith community and people of all faiths are welcome and encouraged to participate,” A. Goche said.
