Humboldt boys 2nd in home triangular

Spencer topped Humboldt and Algona Garrigan in a boys' season golf opener at Humboldt Country Club on Monday, April 4.
The Tigers shot a 154 total. Humboldt finished with 169 strokes while Garrigan was third at 191.
Andrew Hough fired a 36 and Trever Cooke had a 38 to pace the Tigers. Humboldt was paced by Jayden Gargano with a 41. Carson Arndt shot 42. Carson Sleiter and Parker Sleiter each had a 43 for Humboldt.
The Wildcats return to action at home on April 18 against Manson-NW. They'll face Hampton-Dumont-CAL and Clarion-Goldfield-Dows on April 19 at Hampton.
