Vitzthum looks to play a bigger role at Grand View

Tyler Vitzthum
Tyler Vitzthum and his Grand View University football teammates have their sights set on winning a national championship.
Vitzthum, a 2019 Humboldt High School graduate, begins his fourth year on the squad. The six-foot, 175-pound Vitzthum has been working his way up the depth chart at running back and was a regular on specials teams last year.
Grand View is coming off a 38-28 loss to Morningside University in the NAIA national championship game played in Durham, NC, back on Dec. 18. The Vikings rolled through the Heart of America Conference at 11-0 and ended up with a 14-1 record, their only blemish a loss to Morningside in the title game.
