Wildcat girls win fourth straight, 42-36

Humboldt's varsity girls' basketball team won their fourth straight contest Monday night, Jan. 9, topping Hampton-Dumont-CAL, 42-36 in Hampton.

The victory moved the Wildcats to 6-3 overall, 5-1 in the NCC.

Wildcats down Webster City, 58-40
Humboldt climbed to 5-3 overall, 4-1 in the NCC by running away to a 58-40 victory over Webster City in girls basketball in the Humboldt gym Friday, Jan. 6.

Morgan Mann scored 23 points to pace Humboldt. Ava Fischer made 12, Kayla Gieber 7 and Reagan Lee 6.

Humboldt visits South Central Calhoun on Tuesday, Jan. 10.

The Wildcats host Clear Lake on Friday, Jan. 13 in a key conference clash with the Lions.
