St. Edmond downs Humboldt girls, 6-0

The Fort Dodge St. Edmond softball team, ranked in the top 10 in Class 1A, withstood a couple of Humboldt rallies and went on down the Wildcats, 6-0 in a North Central Conference game in Humboldt on Friday, June 9.

The Wildcats, 7-5 overall, 4-2 in the NCC, collected five hits on the night. Haley Satern, Reagan Lee, Elsie Hubbell and Gracie Lyon (2) all hit safely for the Wildcats. Lee took the loss on the mound.

Wildcats over Broncos, 6-1
The Humboldt softball team improved to 7-4 overall Thursday night, June 8, by beating Belmond-Klemme, 6-1 in non-conference play in Humboldt. Reagan Lee pitched a four-hitter and struck out five. Lee was also 2-for-3 with two doubles at the plate for the Wildcats.

Wildcats bury CGD, 12-0
The Humboldt softball team got back on the winning track Wednesday night, June 7, by burying Clarion-Goldfield-Dows, 12-0 in conference action in Humboldt. Elsie Hubbell homered and doubled and Reagan Lee drove in two runs and earned the win pitching for Humboldt, 6-4 overall, 4-1 in the NCC.

Emmetsburg tips Humboldt softball team, 3-0
Emmetsburg tipped Humboldt, 3-0 Tuesday night (June 6) in non-conference softball at Emmetsburg.

Reagan Lee pitched a 6-hitter. Lee, Paige Opheim and Haley Satern each had a hit at bat for Humboldt, which fell to 5-4 overall.

Lynx edge Humboldt girls, 4-2
Webster City handed the Humboldt softball team its first North Central Conference loss of the season Monday night (June 5), posting a 4-2 victory over the Wildcats in Webster City.

The Lynx snapped Humboldt's four-game win streak as the Wildcats fall to 5-3 overall, 3-1 in the NCC.

Reagan Lee scattered eight hits pitching for the Wildcats. Paige Opheim was 2-for-3 at bat with a double.

Humboldt visits Iowa Falls-Alden on Monday, June 12, in NCC action.
