Lt. Gov. Adam Gregg met with Matt Brown, owner and operator of Pasquale’s Food Service during a recent visit to Humboldt, Tuesday, Aug. 1.
Gregg met with Brown along with City Administrator Cole Bockelmann, Humboldt Mayor Dan Scholl and Humboldt County Economic Development Director Alissa O’Connor, to tour the pizza production facility that is located in the former Fareway Food Store building.
Brown informed Gregg that production would soon be increasing due to a possible contract with corporate customers which would see the pizzas being shipped nationwide.
“The first purchase order would increase our sales about 25 percent annually” Brown said.
Brown discussed with Gregg the issues associated with increasing business to that degree from having to find more efficient production methods to increasing the number of productions lines.
